Mobile Jaw Crusher Overview

Mobile jaw crusher is one of our newest mobile stone crushing equipments, mainly used in metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, hydroelectric power and material processing that often requires removal working, especially for highways, railways, hydroelectric subjects. The users can adopts a variety of configurations according to different type of raw materials, different requirements for scale and final product materials. Mobile jaw crusher station has greatly expanded the concept of coarse crushing areas.

Jaw Mobile Crusher Plant has high on-board chassis, short wheel base and tight turning radius, which is convenient for road transportation, especially for driving to crushing sites that are difficult to access. According to different customers’ requirements, Jaw Mobile Crusher Plant can be operated as independent units, or as two-stage crushing plant with primary and secondary crushing, or as three-stage crushing plant with primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing. Likewise, Jaw Crusher Series mobile crusher plant can be easily adjusted to suit the crushing application by choosing feeding to crusher or feeding to screen options. The set-up time of the portable crushing plant are greatly reduced, compared with the stationary one. Jaw Mobile Crusher Plant crush the material on site, without transporting the materials for off-site crushing, so the material transportation cost is greatly reduced. Normal belt conveyor can be used for conveyance of material, which is of mature technology, simply operation, easy maintenance, and low investment.

Our mobile jaw crushers are generally divided into tire type mobile jaw crusher and crawler type mobile jaw crusher. To some extent, the development of mobile jaw crusher effectively expands the conception of primary crushing and secondary crushing operations.

Tire Type Mobile Jaw Crusher

In accordance with different crushing technical requirements, two types of crushing flow are available, that is, crushing first and then screening, or screening first and then crushing. The stone crushing plant can be assembled as coarse crushing, medium crushing and fine crushing; or it can be assembled as primary crushing, secondary crushing and tertiary crushing. As a result of its high flexibility, the tire type mobile jaw crusher can meet customers' various requirements to the greatest extent.

Crawler Type Mobile Jaw Crusher

The crawler type mobile jaw crusher (also known as tracked mobile jaw crusher or track mounted mobile jaw crusher) was designed by absorbing the latest European technology. This type of mobile jaw crusher is mounted directly onto chassis on 4 pins, which is fully driven by hydraulic force and moves by chassis track. The feeder is equipped with a grizzly section that is located at the end of the discharge opening for removal of fines. This feature allows the fine materials to directly pass through the discharge conveyors without passing through the jaw crusher feed port., thus ensuring a high production capacity by avoiding the accumulation of fine materials (like clay or mud) at the bottom end of the crushing chamber. The layer of fine materials will be separated by the grizzly feeder of vibrating feeder.
