Multi-Crushing Plants Overview

SBM Machinery can supply Multi-crushing plant as a combined portable crushing plant for those operators who require complex crushing & screening requirements. We have designed wheel-mounted equipment with side conveyor belt to produce a multiple range of aggregate, stone.

To keep the wholeness of crushing process, SBM developed the multi-crushing portable crusher. This portable crusher has a differant concept with other portable crushers: multi-crushing portable crusher has more than one crushing plants and the sand making plant can also be equipped in it. Then the crushing process of this portable crusher is more integral.

The combined crushing plant can be arranged as a two-stage crushing and screening system, as a three-stage coarse, secondary and tertiary crushing and screening system. Which is suitable above all for small, medium, large scale crushing tasks. Alternatively, oversize material can be recirculated back to the crusher to give a guaranteed finished top size.

Either combinations of primary jaw or secondary or tertiary cone and impact crushers can be used in conjunction with screens to provide a highly efficient production line for the operator.

The well prove and most popular combined crushing plant convinces with its compact construction, the low transport weight, the pre-screening and the detachable post-screening unit.
